A structured, written advisory review designed to assess readiness before formal submission. This review covers:

  • Course structure and instructional design
  • Organisational policies and quality management systems
  • Assessment methodology and learning integrity
  • Alignment with IPLSO professional learning standards and outcomes

If the provider proceeds to full approval and is successful, this fee is deducted from the Provider Approval Fee. Only the outstanding balance remains payable.

Provider Approval Fee

A comprehensive organisational standards review that includes:

  • Governance, operational policies, and internal controls
  • Trainer and assessor qualifications
  • Quality assurance and internal review processes
  • Professional, ethical, and learning standards compliance

Successful applicants receive:

  • IPLSO Approved Provider Status
  • Official listing on the IPLSO website
  • Authorisation to display the IPLSO Approved Provider seal

Course Approval Fee

  • USD 95 – first course
  • USD 45 – each additional course (same approved provider)

Each course is reviewed individually against IPLSO professional learning standards, including:

  • Course content and instructional structure
  • Assessment integrity and learning hour allocation
  • Certificate format and compliance
  • Trainer competence relevant to the subject matter
  • Alignment with IPLSO professional learning standards

Approved courses are listed under the provider’s public profile.

Course fees are structured to support responsible catalogue growth while maintaining rigorous review standards.

Annual Renewal Fee

This annual fee maintains:

  • Approved Provider status
  • Active course approvals and listings
  • Continued use of IPLSO approval seals
  • Ongoing standards monitoring and compliance review

Important Notes

  • All fees are non-refundable once a review has commenced.
  • Providers who successfully complete the Pre-Review Consultation pay only the remaining balance if they proceed.
  • Templates may be used; however, all submitted documentation must accurately reflect real operational practices.
  • Reduced course approval fees apply only to additional courses submitted by the same approved provider.
  • Organisations submitting multiple courses may qualify for further discounted rates, subject to approval.
