Accreditation Fees
IPLSO accreditation fees cover the independent evaluation of providers and courses against published professional learning standards. Fees support the review process, quality assurance activities, ongoing compliance monitoring, and the maintenance of the IPLSO Accreditation Register.
Accreditation Is Earned, Not Purchased
Payment of an accreditation fee does not guarantee accreditation. The fee covers the evaluation process.
Provider and course accreditation is awarded only when the applicable IPLSO standards have been met. Where requirements are not met, applicants may be required to make changes before accreditation can be granted.

A structured written advisory review designed to assess your organisation’s readiness before submitting a formal accreditation application.
This review covers:
- Course structure and instructional design
- Organisational policies and quality management systems
- Assessment methodology and learning integrity
- Alignment with IPLSO professional learning standards and outcomes
If the provider proceeds to full accreditation and is successful, this fee will be deducted from the Provider Accreditation Fee. Only the remaining balance is payable.
Provider Accreditation Fee

A comprehensive organisational accreditation review evaluating whether the provider meets IPLSO’s published professional learning standards.
This includes:
- Governance, operational policies, and internal controls
- Trainer and assessor qualifications
- Quality assurance and internal review processes
- Professional, ethical, and learning standards compliance
Successful applicants receive:
- IPLSO Accredited Provider Status
- Official listing in the IPLSO Accredited Provider Directory
- Authorisation to display the IPLSO Accredited Provider Mark
Course Approval Fee
- USD 95 – first course
- USD 45 – each additional course (same approved provider)
Each course undergoes an independent accreditation review against IPLSO’s published professional learning standards, including:
- Course content and instructional structure
- Assessment integrity and learning hour allocation
- Certificate format and compliance
- Trainer competence relevant to the subject matter
- Alignment with IPLSO professional learning standards
Accredited courses are listed under the provider’s public accreditation profile.
Course fees are structured to support responsible catalogue growth while maintaining rigorous review standards.
Annual Accreditation Renewal Fee

This annual fee maintains:
- Accredited Provider status
- Active course accreditations and public listings
- Continued authorisation to use the IPLSO Accreditation Mark
- Ongoing quality assurance and compliance monitoring
Important Notes
- All fees are non-refundable once a review has commenced.
- Providers who successfully complete the Pre-Review Consultation pay only the remaining balance if they proceed.
- Templates may be used; however, all submitted documentation must accurately reflect real operational practices.
- Reduced course accreditation fees apply only to additional courses submitted by the same approved provider.
- Organisations submitting multiple courses may qualify for further discounted rates, subject to approval.
